Hello BP community, I want to create indoor/outdoor micro sports facilities by purchasing or leasing dilapidated buildings and lots and transforming them into member-based soccer facilities.

its the RoundUp.....Favorite sports team lose in game 7?......

We are too far from any kind of winter sports like skiing etc.Spring and Fall are great for biking, hiking and such, but I need to market it better for those seasons.Winter is dead as a doornail for us.

Although, the city has poured a lot of money into the sports complex in the area, and the renovation of Interstate-4, I am not convinced that the area is appreciating in a way that Investors can make a great return on investment.  

I’ve been on short term disability recently as a result of a sport accident.

Youth sports is a passion of mine as well so I commend you on raising the next generation of leaders!

I want to be that parent who is gung-ho at their sports games, cheering and making sure they know they're loved and supported, overly so- so my 'why' revolves on being able to be there whenever I can and HOPEFULLY, allowing my knowledge of financial independence to help support their dreams.

What we have found is apartment syndication is definitely a team sport made up of several individuals with different skill sets that we can all bring to the table! 

YUP its a non contact sport out in C class rental areas and some B class .. one thing to tip U off when your looking at rentals drive up and down the streets and take note to how many condensers have cages around them.. then you will know that if you don't cage yours good chance its stolen and will get stolen many times over the years.. 

You can offer it to a tenant for extra, rent the garage to someone else (say, someone who needs to park a sports car for the winter), or just keep it for yourself.
