Carriers are flagging numbers as spam and calls and texts are not going through as a result.

Spamming people with calls and texts is illegal and there is no end to the line of lawyers who are happy to sue you. 

Go to his site Carlton sheets dot com (no I'm not affiliated in any way with him) they will ask for your email address (I gave them my spam email) and they give you his old courses online for free.  

I don't know what people are talking about when they say that rates don't matter right now (unless they are cash buyers, quick flippers, or spam posts - no reference to the OP).

Nothing I can cite on this that's 3rd party, but non-qm "alternative documentation" type loan spam directed at me, as a mortgage broker, is back as of this week.

Someone reported the account for spamming so youtube suspended the account and took the videos down.
