Personally, for me it is not a scalable model and hence, I was never interested in buying houses (or at least, the ones I can afford). 

For those investing in more expensive markets where you are having a significantly high down payment that is not going to be regained by cash flow in a period of time that will lead you to both more doors and a viable near tear exit strategy what are the characteristics that you need in order to make the deal worth it. for @Joe Villeneuve and others that are investing in properties that require a significantly less down payment what are you doing in terms of scalability for your investments.

This isn't scalable and that's what we're struggling with.

You can find that info here: www.benefits.va.gov/homeloans/purchaseco_loan_limi...This obviously isn't scalable for more than a few properties since the purpose of the VA loan is to help veterans purchase homes for personal use, not to help investors make money with nothing down.  

I think if you choose the right markets (landlord friendly & high liquidity) and asset class, you can achieve better cash flow and scalability in the U.S.

I would focus more on getting a good outcome than trying to create a scalable process.

But there are many ways to build a successful, scalable arbitrage business with minimal risk.

@Patrick Jackson Zapier is fine and dandy but not scalable at all. 

I did research in them and saw the scalability of multifamily and never looked back.
