What is likely to happen is you try to solve HER problem - just to have it repeat.You really cannot evict one person w/o evicting ALL OCCUPANTS.Know you think you are doing the right thing, but you are NOT.The only way you can/should assist the mother is if she files a police report on the other occupant.If mother is not willing to do this, do NOT get involved!

Local laws may also include protections based on other factors such as source of income or eviction history.Disclosure Requirements: If you are using third-party screening services like SmartMove or another credit reporting agency, you must provide the applicant with an "adverse action" notice if you deny them based on the results.

Negotiating the sales price, getting the property under contract, understanding the sales process, digesting the inspection report and negotiating around that, etc. is where having someone with expertise on your side will come in very handy.

If separate, is GP taking the 20% split + their share as 10% LP or does 20% include their 10% equity (effectively equating to a 10% GP bump)Loan guarantor fee and dispo fee is a little higher than I have seen many other deals.
