A refrigerator tends to be pretty standard as well with rentals, but you can probably get away with not providing one. 

You have 3 units rented at up to $650, but each unit has a refrigerator, stove, toilet, HVAC etc.

Keep in mind you have to take care of  4 refrigerators, 4 ovens, 4 microwaves, 4 washer/dryers, 4 HVAC units and if one of them goes out and you don't have the reserves to fix it then tenants wont pay.

tI has a lot of details including things you think they would know like the refrigerator has to be empty and furniture must be gone.

Our property inspector missed a critical malfunction with the refrigerator that forced us to replace it but whatever!

If so, there are ways to possibly overcome thatnot sure what you mean by staring motor.Besides the machines running ~3800 W 24/7, i only had a computer, 1 floor lamp, refrigerator, small wine cooler, and Ring Security system running.I don't even know what couldve spiked.
