Do you honestly think they will tell your competitor "Sorry but I already have a client in your market and it wouldn't be fair to charge you both money when both of you can not possibly rank #1 for the same keywords"?

A brief summary of my ranking algorithm is this:1.

It would be similar to a male stating they know what it is like being pregnant.If you take the time to create and write your on web content, you will have a better understanding of your investments, your business, and your profession.There are numerous excellent articles on Google.com that helps to make sure you are creating a website that is search engine friendly and will be ranked higher.

I don't have the time to try to go back into my e mail notification and search for it and when I go to the page that has the leads on it there is nothing there except name rank and serial number .. does me no good.So apologize for anyone reading this that might have sent a submission to me and i did not respond. 

Many reasons for this as a new agent, but when relating to your specific question, it's helpful because you can fall back on the team stats/experience/credibility (ex: "we've sold 50 homes so far this year" or "we are ranked #2 for all of X brokerage this year").

The amount we will pay over a 1 year period we will make on 1 deal, after that our website will be ranked and keep producing leads week after week with a lower cost to keep it ranked #1.

Many OOS investors set themselves up for failure because they don't truly take the time to understand:1) The Class of the NEIGHBORHOOD they are buying in - which is relative to the overall area.2) The Class of the PROPERTY they are buying - which is relative to the overall area.3) The Class of the TENANT POOL the Neighborhood & Property will attract - which is relative to the overall area.4) The Class of the CONTRACTORS that will work on their Property, given the Neighborhood location - which is relative to the overall area.5) The Class of the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES (PMC) that will manage their Property, given the Neighborhood location and the Tenants it will attract - which is relative to the overall area.6) That a Class X NEIGHBORHOOD will have mostly Class X PROPERTIES, which will only attract Class X TENANTS, CONTRACTORS AND PMCs and deliver Class X RESULTS.7) That OOS property Class rankings are often different than the Class ranking of the local market they live.8) Class A is relatively easy to manage, can even be DIY remote managed from another state.

In my mind these problems rank far above any other issue.
