If you google it, most real estate education is geared toward those individuals who are trying to pass a licensing test to become a real estate agent, or property manager, etc,  in any of the 50 states.... or are geared toward the continuing education requirements for that license.

Yeah I was just worried the lender may pry further if the second home we buy (as our "Primary") is not in our general area of work (2 hrs away from where first home is) and start questioning whether it can pass as a primary.
