It can be very frustrating as the auctions are often postponed at the last minute and you only learn that after you've driven down to the courthouse.

The sale won't necessarily happen on that date, as unfortunately postponements are quite common.

if they decide to file bankruptcy prior to the sale, it will be postponed.

Once I input a task into my system, it gets taken care of or I manually postpone it.

If that is the case, and you really are trying to mitigate risk then there must be something you can do to postpone closing and make the seller deal with the tenant. 

Just FYI Sacramento is having a Re-auction this coming Friday for properties that were postponed from the standard Feb. auction.  

I had planned on an open house today but due to lack of responses to my listing, I am postponing until next weekend. 1 week of possible revenue lost due to the issues with TurboTenant.

I don't because I can garner a lot of good will and cooperation from tenants with just postponing a rent raise.

My primary agent says she can hardly keep up, but closings are being postponed. I can’t say that I’ve seen closing prices decrease yet, but I am seeing more back on market, and asking prices reduced.
