Anchorage Muni Looking to Squash STR Hosts

Anchorage legislatures have been looking to squeeze the STR market for about a year now. They collect a 12% room tax but that isn't enough.

They have been postponing the hearing for their new proposals and now they have one scheduled with only two days notice.
