You can also have someone look up recent cash deals on the MLS- if you have someone with access.Get out to some REIA meet-ups and find out who the serious players are then send them your deal package or other info as well.

Its seems there are good deals to be had there but also it seems like a lot of big players are building are apartment buildings which are taking away from the smaller, older Multifamily homes.
