When wholesaling, we're also supposed to include costs for repairs, to include in the price reduction, so when you find a back end buyer, all repair costs, discount, and assignment fee are all included for the back end buyers.If i'm wrong with what I've thought was the correct way of calculating the costs, for the back end buyer, I would appreciate someone explaining to me, the proper calculations, so I can avoid that pitfalls in the near future wholesaling properties.
