Are you using local outfits for materials or going the big box route (or combo of the 2?)

Many big class-A buildings in my market have a few units on Airbnb, but they are management by corporate outfits.

We've connected with Trey Bell of the Bell Team - a KW outfit to help us out.  

I really wanted to find one outfit for all my needs so I can build a relationship that encompasses all my work. 

That usually stopped them in their tracks as they kind of have a one track mind.Habitat is a great outfit and I got to know the directors in the markets I donated in..

They sound great and often work well for large outfits that have support staff (repair-men, office admins, trade contractors, etc.) to manage the upkeep and tenants, but for smaller (1-man) shops, it represents a headache and consistent cash outlays.
