A war zone may promise high returns. however if you cannot keep good tenants and have high turnover costs that will eat into your returns.

I dunno...I suppose I am no constitutional scholar, but it just seems very wrong.Prohibition and the current "Drug War" have taught us and continue to teach us that making these things illegal creates more problems than they cure.
