I'd definitely want a nanny to cover some of the day so gotta wait another 5 years until I can afford my Tesla and kids for the backseat.

Currently we (all the landlords) are repaving the parking lot, installing security cameras, landscaping, fresh paint on exterior, new roof and updating the laundry room.  

I bought 6 new basement windows and some fake security cameras and left them hidden in a bedroom closet for my contractor to install the next day.

I would like to install some form of security camera in my laundry room at the apartment complex.

That's lost rent right there.And buy a DSLR camera with a wide angle lens so you can make my rental look decent online.

I just did a house where the guy replaced a roof, sprinklers, security cameras and new grass.
