Also spend a lot of time listening to podcasts while driving.I'm not on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc and I dont listen to much music while driving I listen to bigger pockets and other podcasts instead.

It’s called Alloy and is located at 374 Herron Dr. which is 3-4 miles south of both Music Row and DT. 

(Sales have given me some extra capital but rentals will allow me to quit w-2 and invest/sales full time and pursue my passion for music as well even if it is 10 years from now (mall piano player in the past).I am thinking about pulling a heloc out on my primary residence and using the money to buy another property.

I was hoping to just download to my phone and play with music app or get them onto Audible someway, but am having no luck.
