There are a variety of options regarding auto pay and tenant initiated payment via ACH.  

Our owners never receive one document in paper it is all electronic in their owner portal, and our tenants hardly come in the office because they of new technology which allows tenants to pay online with an ACH-E Check or Credit card or they can pay their rent at 7-11 or Ace Cash express.  

I remember when I was younger, I had the chance to look at an exercise guide that showed pictures of all the muscles each exercise hit.

If your account gets compromised it could create a ripple effect account into your checking account causing checks to bounce, ACH payments to be returned etc.  

It is free to the landlord and free to the tenant as long as they use the ACH option.

With that I signed up for Quickbooks payment processing and accept ACH/Electronic Checks.

I am looking to see what services are available that will automatically take the tenants rent payment from their checking/savings account (ACH) every month. 

I plan to use it for rent payments as well.Cozy has also introduced "express payouts" which, for a fee of $2.99, speeds up ACH payment processing time.

Aside for management nightmares, never-ending CapEx (as @Chris Clothier mentioned), and constant head-aches all the way around, one of the main reasons I stay away from pigs is precisely for that reason - I can't attract money to pigs...they are pigs for a reason!
