Looking for a company to take rent from Tenants bank account.

I am looking to see what services are available that will automatically take the tenants rent payment from their checking/savings account (ACH) every month.  I don't want the tenant to pay online, I want the service to go into their account on the 1st of every month and take the money.

www.erentpayment.com will do that, if you set it up as a recurring payment. Once it's set up to auto-debit their account on the 1st (or whatever date you choose), it happens automatically.
