I realized this morning though that I have the ability to start sooner if I were to possibly look for deals in San Antonio Texas since it's about 2 hours from me.

The contractor is usually on site for an hour in the morning and then his guys work the rest of the day.

I was listening to ep 302 this morning and Brandon said something interesting about 2 bedrooms having high turn over in his market, so he always looks for ways to turn them into 3s for better long term investment with less headaches.

Something about improving my community just makes me excited to wake up in the morning and makes me feel like I'm doing something great for others and my community.
