It happens here when the court dismisses a case for inactivity, then the bank comes back with some "justification" as to why it shouldn't have been dismissed.

Also, create a clause in your rental agreement that states the tenant agrees to pay for any fine or charge that the HOA levies against the property owner as a result of action or inaction of the tenant or their invitee.

Since I have my real estate license in the state of florida do I have to disclose that I have my license if its set to inactive?  

I obtained my Texas Real Estate License in August 2015 but it is still on inactive status.Like most, my interst in real estate centers on the potential for additional income and financial freedom.

In Texas, you can have an inactive Real Estate license. 

You may be engaging in activities that could potentially land you in trouble under either Federal or State law.

Hanging a license is not free and if you only use it every now and then, perhaps it would be better to make it inactive (if NY has such a status).

I don't see much of a point in active stock trading because over the long haul it's damn near impossible to beat the market.
