I managed my own properties and tenants for several years and that was OK, but now with a whole bunch of tenants I'm happier that they are dealing just with my management company, not running to me every time they have an issue.

The faster you get issues resolved, the happier the guests and better reviews.

If it's bought right combined with the correct installation techniques you will be much happier long-term.

Since the city where my work is located has extremely high prices I would be much happier to have my house in another state.

There is a learning curve from desktop to online QuickBooks, but I am much happier with the online version. 

Like @Jorge Gonzalez we moved to Dallas from California in 2016 and couldn't be happier with our lives here.

I explain, calmly, that it seems like they would be happier owning their own home, where they can have more control over their surroundings. 

Advertise the gaps when they come, but I anticipate that with some good pricing, you would likely come out ahead with much happier guests (because you met their need of a 4 night stay instead of 7)!

Funny people with a million seem not to be any happier then those who have less .Might have different worries but worry non the less .
