In fact I have just enrolled in a Wholesaler course with a guy I met at a Real Estate Investor meet up yesterday!

It is one thing to land a National account, quite another to get some guy that has set up a one man corporation with fast talk and nothing to back it up.

They play this game because the guy has a criminal record so the woman applies for the apartment alone.  

I have a friend who also invested with this guy and she's received some small payments irregularly, but a small % compared of what she invested.I'll follow up on the items you mentioned to take action on, I appreciate the input!

To narrow down my search can you guys please suggest if I should focus more on Ohio or North Carolina? 

I just closed on a Fourplex 4 unit in Indiana for a guy in CA who paid $355K.
