I looked at going after the seller, but in my state it is not required to disclose noise disturbances so there is not a clear cut answer there.

Similarly, when we have snow storms, everyone is home and its a great time to catch up and/or find new business.Investors can do the same thing, drive for dollars then call those seller leads.In addition to active prospecting, this is a great time to work on email and mail campaigns, social media marketing, and anything else pertaining to your business.I'm with you, Quarantine & Grind!

With basically everything grinding to a halt right now and a bunch of renovation projects temporarily on hold, there will be a pent-up demand for labor later this year (hopefully when the virus is contained).

Hello BP Forums,I have been grinding towards my first deal for a few months now - and with all of the chaos today, my private lender backed out days before closing on a flip.

It’s very sad to see the death toll climbing, people losing their jobs and suffering, but I must say I’m enjoying the peace and quiet, lack of noise and air pollution, no traffic and a quietude that I haven’t experienced in Boulder since the 90’s (minus the trails, the trails are busier than ever).

I’ve had bathrooms where the fan was on a separate switch and the tenants didn’t like the noise.  

Keep learning and fine tuning your filter through all the noise.

Doing a deal right now is like doing a concert performance with no mic, the front row might be able to hear your lyrics, but most of the audience will just hear noise.

For instance, how would barking dogs, freeway proximity, or road noise factor into the software?
