Seems like consulting with a LOCAL lawyer about what YOU should do would be prudent.If it's on our mind too much, (you can only do so much) go do something to lessen your stress, Golf driving range, batting cage, walk in the park, make a mixed drink with some fruit on it, etc..Good Luck!

I believe it's wise to be geographically diverse as an out-of-state investor (avoiding the "all your eggs in one basket" scenario.  

If there's not an urgent need to scale your business today, then there's no need to stick all your eggs in that basket yet. 

I always wanted to start a hand-basket company up there, so it could be called "Helena hand-basket Co"

It seems cash buyers/investor types are sucking up all of the low hanging fruit in the entry level housing.  

Now I'm trying to figure out what are some things I can do everyday consistently to keep the momentum and really start seeing the fruits of my labor.I plan on learning facebook marketing soon.
