Outdoor space is becoming more and more valuable to folks since the virus so I only see the Bronx appreciating as more and more folks venture away from Manhattan. 

I think the recent virus was a good indicator......in spite of a national panic and worse than a recession (in some ways) the STR market flourished in most areas.......It's all about psychology...when people are repressed or depressed, they want to get away, have some fun...And even in a recession, most people can come up with a few bucks for a weekend away...

County — home to 1-in-4 workers statewide — a huge opportunity to return our economy to somewhere near its pre-virus status.

Paralysis of Analysis is a virus worse than the Covid BS we are currently in the midst of, (and a lot more real. . .but that's another post for another day).  

The city of Long Beach also passed an ordinance where grocery stores had to give their employees a 25% pay raise for hazardous pay due to the virus.

It's hard for both the person knocking, as well as for the one coming to the door... to feel OK about viruses, masks, flyers, business cards, etc.

Bleach is so utterly destructive to cellular structures that there isn't a chance for bacteria or viruses to pass on any kind of resistance.

The big guys can't make the Apps or programs do anything better or faster or keep them from virus and hack attacks.
