Not worth the thousands I'd lose having a vacancy if they left over the $200, though they have a dog and a bankruptcy thus a hard time finding a place to live, so unlikely.Details:Mind you, I lived in this house for 2 years myself and only ever got one notice a year to weed my flower beds, just like everyone else did.For the past 8 months, I've received an HOA parking or other violation every other month on these people.

I like recycled flower boxes as they have handles and are free.

I used to end up adopting the seller's dogs because they sold their house to me and hey have nwhere to put the dogs and can;t take the dogs with them so i feel bad putting dogs in the pound that I end up taking the dogs until i had about 20 dogs in my yard and one day i was gone, i came back and my yard was torn up , they dugged up all my flowers , just desptroyed everything. i adopted labs,german sheppered, bull dogs.it was a funny experience now that i look back but it wasnt funny then i got rid of the dogs so fast.haha

Some of the upgrade sinks don't cost all that much.In my own house, there is a sink with painted flowers and it always gets a comment.

You want people to call you when something breaks; tenants who are going to be clean and respectful; people who are going to plant flowers and trim lawn; people who are going to think if it as a home and not a rental.
