I have created a Google Chrome extension that boosts your property browsing experience, by offering filtering abilities on displayed properties (if you don't know what a google chrome extension is, its an app that runs on your browser instead of on your smartphone).I have big plans for this mini app, and I need your help in validating I am in the correct direction.

This week, 2 months later, the PM sent another maintenance person out and found 2 issues:1. water leaking from the ice box water line.2. hole in bathtub floor that wasn't there in August 2017.Along with that, they provided an estimate for the extensive water damage due to these 2 issues.

There are specific statutes that a written lease cannot override control, and are void or voidable.When the lease expires, and there is no provision for extensions or renewals, it becomes a "tenancy at sufferance" with a period of what was under the lease (commonly, rent is due monthly => a "month-to-month" lease).
