@Justin True one more thing I just thought of here:  you should try downloading the Experian app and playing around with it. 

So, I just downloaded the app in the hopes of not having to go through the whole logging into the internet to update my fire starters.

That being said, I believe BiggerPockets has state-specific forms that were reviewed by local attorneys available for download as an alternative.

I had tried to download a PDF copy, and all of custom rehab costs say N/A, there is only the total rehab cost number at the bottom.
