Most serious and qualified tenants are searching on the major 3rd party platforms you mentioned + realtor.com, redfin, and a few others.Apartments.com & homes.com are owned by the same company and may offer some additional marketing options.Another strategy to consider here is social media - video marketing.

Use the search function for this one. 

Surprisingly, the new listing now appears correctly in the search results.

You can usually find some events by doing a simple google search.

You can search by address to find the owner's name and contact information.

In the meantime I will continue the search for a new PMC and talk to our lawyer with the intent of filing a suit since odds are it will be needed. 

I bought 14 homes in a short period of time for gozone tax bene's those are the same as the benes that people search out for cost seg these days.. except they were much easier you did not need a cost seg report..

@MikeLambert thanks for all the insight on Tulum I love the town and would like to purchase A condo For myself don’t care if it doesn’t make much money  but obviously would like a great location I am a dual citizen and want own property in MexicoI probably won’t stay there much if at all I just love to buy real estate one of my addictions 😂Searched online There are so many developments from $100k - $200k would be my comfort level if any of you guys have recommendations on location would appreciate it
