By the time i met them they started defaulting on the sellers loans they did not have the money to pay for the evictions and the whole house of cards came tumbling down..

They're targeting credit card companies, banks, hotels, airlines, utility providers, food delivery service, restaurants, auto dealers, event ticketing companies, and last but not least, property management companies.

If so, how do you secure the authorization on their card past 30 days?

Open up at least three credit cards. 

Alternatively, you could open unsecured business credit lines and cards to tap for short-term use to cover down payments and closing costs (there's a company that specializes in helping real estate investors do this).

  Hitting up on Grandma or maxing out the credit cards as the scammers advise gets old to hear.
