I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home that has the chance of becoming a mother-daughter home depending on the zoning restrictions.

A little more about the situation - the Son is about two years away from graduation at Cal State Fullerton and the daughter is just graduating high school. 

I live with my wife and daughter already in a single family home so moving in would be out of the question.
