@Tony CookI can speak from the perspective as an owner who switched PMs mid-lease.The previous PM was no longer in force after the official switch to the new PM. 

Hi @Josh Cook I would recommend you get a minimum of 3 different bids from local general contractors in your area and it will give you a good idea. 

I should probably also mention that aesthetically we are "old home" people - we love details like exposed brick, beams, etc. so we're not looking for an ultra-modern "cookie cutter".

This makes sense as to why I can't find a cookie cutter answer as I could with say a conventional loan.
