Begin by understanding types of loans and various sources for financing, at a bank in the commercial area you can have as many loans as you can qualify for, if it gets to be to may, they will consolidate those loans.Call your planning and zoning or building regulations department for requirements for each rental placed in service, I nor anyone else in the forms can give your the right answer concerning your local compliance requirements.

Some of those tenants could be paying pre-recession rents per sq ft.Not only should you not go by the 2015 rent increases but realize that rents might actually fall from the current position upon lease up or renewal.Many offices are consolidating space so my worry would be that one is planning on leaving soon or asking for less space and you have to reconfigure the tenants and building.

Hello, I have 2 paid off investment properties in York, PA,my credit scores are in the 630-650 range, high credit card utilization, trying to cash out refinance to consolidate debts, per Zillow.com each of the houses are worth: $65K and $69k, one of them is rented out for $650/month and the other is being renovated, my income is around 95k-99k, W2.Any advice in finding "sub primes" lenders at this day and edge?
