You have to be buying them at the same numbers you are buying any other property.So you only get 2-3 deals a year from the MLS sounds like a waste of time I rather concentrate on other better sources for deals.Besides the only good thing about the MLS is the expired listings I rather have those instead.

You need to concentrate on those properties that really need a rehab.
