Hello Everyone!

My name is Sommer and I'm new to real estate investing. I'm based in Annapolis, MD and am working with my mother in her real estate team. She's been managing rental properties for some years now and as an addition, I'm looking to expand her investment types and maximize profitability. I'm especially interested in wholesaling, lease-to-own holding.

My background is in business and operations management as well as performing arts. Some may think those experiences/skills are on opposite sides of the spectrum, but the combination of the two have enabled me to become an entrepreneur and explore diversity of other roles.
