wait wait wait.. before you get too excited read this..I got a TON of deals through bandit signs... that I DIDN'T OWN OR PLACE.My competitors place them, .. no one remembers the number on the sign, they google "WE BUY HOUSES" I am #1, #2, #3, #5 on google, and I get a call saying "Oh hi I saw your sign on the road, ...".. and I happily took that lead of the hands of my hard working competitor that took time away from his lovely wife and lil kids to deliver me said lead.Dude, don't BOTHER with bandit signs man.

They can only come from two points: Competitors or ignorant commenters.

Right now I'd say these sites seems to be the most active from what I can tell:-Fundrise-iFunding-RealtyMogul-Patch of Land-Crowdstreet-RealtyShares-RealCrowdSome of the sites above have had a large amount of staff quit to go to competitors like AssetAvenue.  

Always be wary of advice you have to pay someone to tell you or that comes from a direct competitor :)

Signs go out at 5:30 PM on Friday night, and what doesn't get ripped down by kids or competitors by Sunday at 7pm, gets pulled back up.

Sometimes the competitor will steel them..
