The property should have more impact than credit for hard money, but if you have never used the company, you are probably looking at 14 pct and 2-3 points now.

It does give some great data but would need to verify with a local agent/contractor/property management company etc

Depending on the market your looking to work in.one way I find is to simply call one of the major title companies and ask to talk to an escrow officer and then ask them what companies does he/she see closing private loans in their market..
