All kinds of stories of people "negotiating" with people in their 90's or someone who just lost a parent leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

My sister lived there for years and my parents live in Phoenix.

People moved in with parents or took on additional roommates lowering the demand but there were so many empty bank owned units that the supply was also down.
