We host a monthly investor meetup if you'd ever like to attend and network with other like minded bigger pockets members. 

We are 4 months into it, so it’s still relatively new for us, but we both enjoy being hosts and the income has been solid.

I don’t think that means there’s nothing out there for people like me.I’ve done some research on Arbitrage, house hacking, co-hosting.. etc.

I guess that podcast host is either lying or desperate for deals.

I know some hosts even ask their guests to please not mention to the neighbors it's a STR.

On the other hand, in the low season, we try to book 3+ months in advance since if you wait until the last minute, you will either book for a very low price, since all other hosts drop their prices then, or you will not book the home at all and have very low occupancy rates.There are two ways to do this on PriceLabs.

I've been hosting a Real Estate Meetup for about two years here in Tampa, and the next one is next week.

There is a local meeting hosted every first Thursday of the month in Cincinnati.

Most people want to be helpful and not leave the host stranded.Good luck Martin!

If your house can host larger groups/families then it’s a no brainer.
