In another thread, someone mentioned that they banned all candles.Can you ban candles and incense?

If you're banning marijuana because of the smoking aspect of it, then a simple "No smoking of any substance" should be sufficient.

I own a great investment property in a condo association, and the board is a rule proposing a cap on the number of units that can be rented/leased.Can anyone share experiences in fighting/persuading the hoa board or owners to not vote for a ban on renting?

They might have felt that Return/Risk ratio is higher for short term stock investment because of high liquidity of such market and thereforeinvestment banks are banned to trade stocks by Volcker's Rule, so that their money can be forced into real estate.

My successes were mostly out in Yuicapa, Banning, and other locations in the east Inland Empire where space rent is less than $500/month.

Many times I had to hide my dogs lol but the rules have been changed now.They allow all size dogs except 5 breads are banned (Pitts, Sheapards,etc)Also were allowed to rent 3 months a year but even at that everyone rents longer or they rent rooms out.

haha.. if these types of "deals" or post are commonly found on CL, it may b an indicator that this method of advertising is more a deal for the poster than a deal for the buyer.however, I'm always amazed at some of the most obvious things not to do are taken up by others...orrr maybe the poster is playing the odds/numbers game?
