We have members from all metro counties.But 90% of our value of being a member is the Deal Makers google group which you where a member of I think so that isn't traffic affected.  

This way each member is responsible for their own wholesale dealings.

Once you decide to rent to a sec 8 tenant the only requirement is that your unit pass an initial HUD quality inspection - the unit will be re-insepected annually as long as you are renting to a sec-8 tenant.
