Either way it's important to find an attorney and get active on this so you can surf the wave rather than continue to be hit by it.In general it's been my experience most people that go through the trouble (read "time, money and back ground checks and CPE") to attain/maintain any credential or license are keen not to have it revoked due to ethics violations, acts of moral turpitude, criminal convictions, as that can have a permanent deleterious affect on their future career prospects.

However, I'm wondering what kind of numbers are attainable in terms of ROI metrics in a market like Ontario.As an example, The Book on Rental Properties (TBORP from here on out lol), when talking about Cash-on-Cash ROI, says that 6.7% would be considered below average and potentially not worth looking at.

You can also create "dummy" adds on craigs list to see if the price point you are advertising for rent will actually be attainable, you can base your vacancy based on that and the type of tenant you may obtain.
