He is an analytical type and very motivated which I really liked but he seemed to be desperate for commission and got angry when the deal didn't go the way he wanted. 

A serious business will factor in the profitability of a customer into how he is dealt with, in fact many are spending money on analytics for that very purpose. 

Say initial investment was 30k, can you add the hidden 2500$ saved in taxes to whatever the income earned on the property was to find the ROI for analytical purposes?

(I believe this to be an analytics fail as I found this community through word of mouth and one I checked out the website, then these posts about MI shot to the top of the search - just an interesting aside.)

Some might consider that gambling, but I call it being analytical.

Closing on 151 units in that period of time is impressive.Forgive me, but the analytical side of my brain can't quite accept your magnitude of success.

You seem like you are a very analytical person and are big on numbers, which is great because they are very important.
