The rest of the remodel has been focused on bringing the home to a more modern look.

They have a more modern view the marketplace than some of the other, more traditional outfits like MDS.When I was active in senior housing, I was the in-house feasibility study point person doing both the forensic analysis of the market and competition ultimately making the recommendation for go/no-go on a project.

good luck @Anthony Ingua, I'd be tempted to use a more professional screening process at first, only because you are a first time landlord.  

Some may be set up to handle a more "hands off" landlord and some are set up for a more hands on experience.

I've done a lot of research on the topic and am familiar with the cons of owning a condo-hotel type unit, but the numbers seem way in favor of that vs a more traditional condo or SFH.

It may depend on if you want a more formal procedure, or added protections such as all the inspections that go along with a traditional sale.
