I don’t think you will find any company to provide a certification for legal reasons.

Many advanced hosts here can contribute or learn from each other, even at the next level. 

That being said, we have owned a fourplex in a small town in Michigan for about 10 years but had no guidance when we purchased, I have found all the information Bigger Pockets offers extremely helpful and I am grateful in advance to any advice on this thread.

However, this exemption often depends on specific criteria being met like building permits, zoning compliance, and certificate of occupancy for the newly created units and you would get this from the LADBS.

Hello everyone and thank you in advance for taking the time to help me with a personal situation.

One time we had guests that brought a dog (against policy), tried to sneak it in but got caught on outside cameras, provided a bogus emotional support certificate they downloaded on the internet after the fact, left the house a wreck and then left a bad revenge review after we reported them to the platform.
