As far as health care I have had private insurance for my entire adult life since I've never had it through a job it is fairly expensive sadly but depending on your income you may qualify for subsidies that will help out some.

The owners supplemented us at the closing for the discounted rent.I would like to raise their rent to 980 because I feel like 1 full time adult, three part time children, and another dog (two black labs in a 1200 sq. foot apt) will definitely add to the wear and tear.

Every person, including children living in the house is to be listed on the lease at lease signing, every adult is to be listed as a lessee, the more people on the lease the more people we can go after for rent/damages if it gets to this point.
