It’s an attainable achievement it’s just a bit harder now.

I think we can achieve the goal of a family-friendly community and having a house that I can get paid for by using a co-op method.  

Once tenants achieve having a voucher, they tend to understand that they are responsible for the general upkeep of the home (i.e., cleanliness, basic landscaping for SFHs, holes in the wall, doorknobs broken, etc.).

It's been forever since I read it, but one of its basic premises is to stay focused on your goal - daily -  and you will eventually achieve it. 

I think if we know what you want to achieve we can reverse engineer your ideal "path"@Justin Kane makes a really good point on the scalability of the larger MF game. 

Things to think about include how the market is doing, your own money situation, what you aim to achieve, and the kind of property and where it is.
