And I think this just accelerated that correction. 

I agree it's a lot of money, and if you don't use the knowledge and network, it would be a complete waste of money, but if you get to work and work the system, it can massively accelerate your growth. 

COVID-19 has only accelerated the shift to online purchasing.

This was happening before COVID-19, but I think this may have accelerated it.

So I would focus on projects that I could cost seg and 1031 when the accelerated schedule runs out.
