Hi everyone, I'm new to real estate investing and I'm looking for materials to learn the basics of real estate investing. What do you guys recommend?

I'm currently reading The Book on Rental Property Investing and the BRRR Book, and listening to the Bigger Pocket podcasts. Please let me know if there is any other books, podcasts, blogs or article that you guys recommend.

@Cuong D Nguyen Welcome to BiggerPockets! Here are two books I'd recommend:

  • What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow - great for getting a handle on financial analysis. A lot of people skip this but it's a huge advantage if you can work through it.
  • Every Landlord's Tax Deduction Guide- is a really good book on taxes and setting yourself up for success as a landlord.
