The list of cities that I’ve come up with so far by my own rookie research is the following, but always open to other suggestions from members that have experience else where. 

None of the resources indicated the kind of changes to the law as you had suggested.

I would suggest shopping it around a little more until you find a lender that offers reasonable terms and has a positive reputation.

Hopefully the BP community has some suggestions for us!

But for Me, I use it... ive communicated with the app builders and they respond real quick if you have suggestions or comments.. it Cost$$ is the downfall I have..

So check the contract again to verify.I like @Wayne Brooks suggestion of finding out the needs of the seller and offering a delayed closing if that would help their property search!
