We've had BMX ramps, skateboard ramps, and when we moved to 20 acres we had huge landing ramps where the boys launched off ramps and landed on the dirt landing, then bought portable ramps to take to shows.

Weird 70's powder sink in middle of upstairs hallway (could possibly rip that out and put closet, book case, or washer/dryer later on if wanting to sell). 

We were able to locate the problem area, a closet the cat was using as the litter box.  

Gut renovation with a third floor master suite that includes a massive bedroom, master bath, and a walk-in closet.

I've done the 1st three units and the cost was really high between the costs of the units themselves, the plumbing electrical, HVAC/venting, and the closet build-out to house them.

Keep in mind these are portable items.  

The single most important thing you MUST do is get a title report prior to the auction (sometimes referred to as a preliminary title report, letter report or owner report).The title report will reveal what lien position the foreclosing lender is in, as well as if there are any other "skeletons" in the closet of the home (i.e. federal or state tax liens).

I wanted the doors painted (29 doors including closet doors) and they wanted between 2k-3k just for the doors so I painted them myself.
